The Planning and Redevelopment Division consists of three sections: Advance Planning, Redevelopment, and Environmental Programs. The Redevelopment Department will be responsible for the development of the City’s newly adopted redevelopment project area: the Great Park.
The Planning & Redevelopment Division is responsible for all current planning programs within the redevelopment project area, and implementation of the redevelopment plan to ensure the high quality design and development consistent with the City of Irvine.
