TGS Office Development

A request for a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Master Plan Modification, and Administrative Relief to accommodate a future office expansion on a 2.72 acre parcel in Planning Area 15 (Woodbridge).  Specifically, the Master Plan Modification at 2 & 6 Witherspoon is proposing an office expansion of 18,875 square feet on the project site.  The project site is currently developed with 10,569 square feet of office space, 11,956 square feet of computer/support building space, an outdoor equipment yard, and related parking and landscape improvements.
