Welcome to the City of Irvine Online Address and Parcel Search Program
This site was developed to assist the general public in locating any address and parcel within the City of Irvine. You are now able to obtain information for a particular parcel such as its address, general plan designation, zoning, and flood zone information. You may search a parcel or an address by using any of the following criteria: address, cross streets, tract and lot number, Orange County Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) or just zoom and click on an interactive map. You may then print a report containing detail information along with the map of that parcel.
