LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTING: Livescan are done by appointment only.  The cost is $10.00 per license plus the cost of DOJ fees.

INK FINERPRINTING: The Department of Justice no longer accepts ink fingerprint cards for California processing.  Federal and out-of-state ink cards are still valid and there is no appointment necessary for this service.  The cost is $10.00 per license.

We do not process fingerprints for INS (US Citizenship).  INS has fingerprinting locations designated for this service.  Contact the INS for locations.

All fingerprinting services require that picture identification be presented.  We cannot process payments by credit card.  Personal checks (made out to the City of Irvine) and cash (no bills over $50.00 please) are accepted.  I you have any questions, please contact the Business Desk at (949) 724-7000.
