MELT® Hands and Feet
The MELT Method®is an innovative self-treatment program incorporating simple self-care techniques you can use every day to make your body feel
better, function more efficiently and relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. This class will focus on your hands and feet and
can be done while sitting. You can ease the aches and pains of arthritis, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis by treating the inflammation with simple selfcare
techniques using soft balls. Bring water. Registration required.

MELT Soft Roller
The MELT Method®
This class will focus on relieving aches, pain and stiffness in your back by treating the inflammation with simple self-care techniques using soft balls. Bring water, towel
and yoga mat. Notice: exercises are done on the floor; only some can be adapted to a seated position. Registration required.

Great opportunities for active adults looking to go on healthy walks and jogs.  Bring a bottle of water and make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

Everyone can practice yoga! Regardless of your age or experience, this class will energize your body and improve your flexibility. Free demonstrations in January will be offered to introduce yoga styles, instructors, and help you choose the class best for you. Great for beginners; bring yoga mat and bottled water. Ages 50+.

Zumba Gold®
Zumba Gold® is an  easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed.  This fun, community oriented dance-fitness class feels fresh, and is a modified, low-impact version of Zumba® Fitness!  We enjoy the Latin rhythms of salsa, cumbia, merengue, cha-cha, and some rock n' roll and swing!  You'll have a great workout at the dance party!Toning sticks are available at class for $15/pair. Inst: Barbara Bohlig. Ages 50+.
