Community Helpers Assisting Mature Persons In The Neighborhood
This volunteer program designed to assist isolated older adults in the Irvine community. CHAMPIONS volunteers assist seniors with a variety of services including being a friendly visitor/caller, shopping, transportation, and enjoying social engagements. CHAMPIONS volunteers attend an eight-week training session and possess a desire to assist others in a caring, non-judgmental approach. Classes are offered each Fall. Please contact

Foreign Language Translator
You can assist older residents and their families who have difficulty connecting with others or who are in need of services. Without translators in a number of languages, it is difficult, if not impossible for some individuals to participate in our programs and services.

Volunteer Driver for Non-Emergency Medical Appointments
Assist seniors in the Irvine Community by providing transportation to and from medical appointments.
Driver has the ability to accept or decline transportation assignments.
Monday – Friday 9 – 5 p.m. (Flexible hours)
Must have vehicle, clean driving record and Live Scan
