Resident Input Sought for Health & Wellness Survey

The City of Irvine is conducting a survey to learn about the current and future health and wellness needs of its residents. The focus of this survey is mental health and substance use in our community.

Irvine residents 18 or older are invited to participate in the online survey from now through August 3 by visiting polco.us/irvinewellness2023. The City of Irvine partnered with Polco to conduct the survey, and all information collected is confidential, and no identifying information will be shared. This survey was also sent in the mail to a random sampling of residents; if you received a survey link in the mail, please use that link to complete the survey and do not share the link with others. If you did not receive a survey by mail, please take it online.

This survey asks residents about their emotional, psychological, and social well-being, as well as their use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or the misuse of prescription drugs. It is available in eight languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Farsi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese. To access the survey in additional languages, use the drop-down menu atop the survey page.

We appreciate your participation in the survey; your input and experiences will help the City develop a multi-year health and wellness plan that offers services and resources to best support our residents and community.

For additional information or questions about the survey, please call For Families — which provides free information and short-term support to individuals, couples, and families living in Irvine who need assistance identifying and accessing needed services and resources — at 949-724-6650 or visit cityofirvine.org/healthandwellness.
