Location: Farm + Food Lab

Explore science, technology, engineering, art, math and music in a fun and stimulating outdoor environment. Young attendees will connect the natural world with their daily lives, deepening their understanding and appreciation for nature. Workshops are held on the hour and with weather permitting.

In this workshop, children will learn about the role of food critics and bloggers by listening to examples of food reviews and learning how to use sensory words to describe food. Using examples from the garden, students will compare different tastes and textures and learn to talk about food in a creative way. Craft activity to follow.
