On Tuesday, May 7, from 4 to 7 p.m., the City of Irvine will host a Great Park Development Open House to introduce community members and residents to the future of the park. Carefully curated partners involved in this next phase of development — the Great Park Framework Plan — will be on-site and available to discuss their vision, plans, and next steps.
More than just a gathering, the Great Park Open House serves as a vital link between the community and the visionary minds shaping the future of this landmark project. From architects to urban planners, developers to environmental experts, join us as we unite under a common goal: to create one of the world's premier municipal parks.
“I’m proud to see the progress we have made in the Great Park Framework Plan since the groundbreaking last May,” said Mayor Farrah N. Khan. “I hope you will join me to get an insider's view into the vision and vitality driving one of the most remarkable community projects of our time.”
The Great Park Open House will be held May 7 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hangar 244 at the Great Park. No registration or RSVP is required to attend this free event.
