On January 26, 2021 the Irvine City Council passed the resolution reaffirming Irvine's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within our community. As such, the City of Irvine is taking steps to ensure we embrace and celebrate diversity in all aspects of our community and foster an environment that is inclusive of all cultures, backgrounds, races, and ethnicities.

Purpose:

The Zoning Administrator is the City official responsible for determining whether a proposed project complies with the requirements and intent of the Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Administrator has the authority to approve, approve with conditions or modifications, or deny various discretionary applications; all of which require a public hearing.

The Zoning Administrator may request that certain applications be reviewed and acted upon by the Planning Commission.

U.S. Navy

Regan Young was born in the Philippines, and spent most of his childhood days there. His first two years of high school were spent at Wagner High School on Clark Air Force Base as his Dad, being a US Air Force Serviceman himself, was stationed there during the late 80s. He finished high school and graduated with honors at Cerritos High School when the family moved back to CA in the early 90s.

Join the City of Irvine for the Mid-Autumn Festival Tuesday, September, 21, 6-9 p.m. at Great Park. Pay tribute to the City of Irvine's 50th anniversary of incorporation by celebrating good fortune with friends, family, and our community under a full moon on the Great Park Balloon Lawn.

This traditional celebration will feature live music, moon cakes, food trucks, tea, and family-friendly crafts. All ages are welcome, and no RSVP is needed for this free event.
