Monthly Free Grocery Food Box Distribution
The City of Irvine, in collaboration with Community Action Partnership of Orange County, is offering the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Eligible residents will receive a box of food weighing approximately 30 pounds once a month. The box contains a variety of dried beans, fresh produce, canned and frozen vegetables, fruit/vegetable juice, meat (when available), poultry, fish, nuts, milk, cheese, rice, cereal, and pasta.

Navigators provide personalized assistance to help you find and access programs such as food and housing support, child care, mental health services, legal and financial assistance, employment resources, senior assistance, support for individuals experiencing family violence or children and teens exhibiting challenging behaviors, and more.
The City of Irvine's Parks Maintenance Program maintains over 452 acres of Community parks, Neighborhood Parks, and Special facilities. A significant part of the parks program is our Sports Turf Agronomic Management Program. The sports turf agronomic program is a comprehensive, science-based plan designed to maintain and improve the health, safety, and playability of athletic fields. It focuses on managing the soil, turfgrass, and surrounding environment to support high-performance playing surfaces that can withstand frequent use. You can find an overview of our program here:
