The City of Irvine invites the community to the Portola Springs Sentinel Ribbon Cutting ceremony Thursday, September 14, 3:30–4:15 p.m. at Portola Springs Community Park. The event includes a cultural activity that honors the indigenous people of the ‘U∫rónvanga area (now, Portola Springs) with a formal dedication to follow.

Gather the family, a tent, sleeping bags, and overnight gear and we’ll take care of the rest. Register with code #93125 at yourirvine.org.
- Program begins October 28 at 4 p.m., and ends October 29 at 10 a.m.
- Includes a pizza dinner, light breakfast, hikes, crafts, campfire songs, and solar s’mores.
- Maximum of five people per 10’x10’ camp site.
- Adult must accompany children younger than 18.
