This exciting program provides an opportunity for youngsters to play and learn on the court with Mom and Dad in a comforting, nurturing environment focusing on tennis skills, fitness, friends and fun!

Private lessons allow for an individual experience with a City of Irvine tennis professional. A personal lesson gives players an opportunity to improve their skills at a higher level. Semi private lessons of two people are also available.

The days and times listed on yourirvine.org are incorrect. The tennis professional and client will agree upon a time in which the private lesson will take place. Please arrange the time with the instructor prior to registering for the lesson.

Kindy Cove

This recreation-based program* is available for children enrolled in Kindergarten (children must be four years nine months old). Open until 2:30 p.m. daily, Kindy Cove offers flexible schedules for parents, an easy registration process, and a transportation option. Program includes age-appropriate activities in a fun and safe environment. Children will participate in hands-on enrichment activities including games, crafts, and a ton of fun!

Children come with many types of health and developmental needs. All early care and education centers are expected to make every effort to accommodate children with special needs. There are many resources available to support families in finding quality care and education programs, to support teachers and caregivers including a child with special needs, and to link children who have or may have a disability with intervention services.

Children's Home Society - for children ages 0-12 years

Children’s Home Society of California (CHS) and the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) offer a Child Care Payment Program which provides help paying for child care for income eligible families. Parents are able to choose a child care provider that meets the needs of their family. Families may be eligible if parents meet income requirements and have one or more qualifying needs for services:
