The City of Irvine, in partnership with the nonprofit OC Goes Solar, is excited to announce the launch of Solarize Irvine. This program helps Irvine residents who are interested in going solar and learning about new ways to support the City’s ambitious goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, 2035, and 2045 by providing access to group pricing discounts for solar power and battery storage.

Through the One Irvine program, the City partners with the residents of specific neighborhoods to identify and address local needs. Based on community feedback, the City then prepares a Neighborhood Action Plan outlining new policies and programs that can help strengthen and enhance resident quality of life.

The City of Irvine Green Home Grant Program provides grants to owners of single-family homes and condominiums built in or before 1980 for sustainability upgrades. Funding is limited and applications are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis until funding is exhausted. Please allow four to six weeks for your rebate check to be issued.

One Irvine is a neighborhood revitalization initiative that focuses resources in the City's older neighborhoods with the goal to spark community-led reinvestment.
