Required Camp Paperwork
Prior to playing in the adult soccer program through the City of Irvine, all players must obtain a Player Photo ID card. The fee for the card is $10 and may be purchased at the Irvine Great Park Administration Office. Download this form and fill in the information. You will be asked to present your ID and sign the waiver form at the office. Staff will take your picture and present your new player card.
