The City of Irvine, in partnership with the City of Tustin, is leading the Harvard Safety Improvements Project to enhance safety, accessibility, and mobility along Harvard Avenue between Irvine Center Drive and Walnut Avenue. The project will improve traffic circulation and expand transportation options for cyclists and pedestrians.
Identified in the City’s 2022 Local Roadway Safety Plan as a high-priority corridor for upgrades, the project is designed to address safety concerns while supporting multi-modal travel. The City of Irvine continues to invest in roadway safety and mobility to enhance community livability and provide convenient access to safe, reliable transportation.
