The City of Irvine is preparing a Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP), and has determined that the project will require the preparation of a Program Environmental Impact Report. The City has prepared a Notice of Preparation (NOP) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15082(a) and 15375. Feedback is requested as to the scope and content of the environmental information that is germane to agencies' statutory responsibilities in connection with the project. This event will consist of a presentation followed by questions and public comment.

The entirety of this public comment period is from January 11 to February 26 at 5 p.m.
