The City of Irvine invites the community to attend the swearing-in ceremony for Councilmember-elect Betty Martinez Franco Tuesday, May 13, at the Irvine City Hall Council Chamber.

Please note: The City is making improvements to the Civic Center Parking Lot, significantly impacting parking availability and eliminating access to the EV chargers located along the San Diego Creek Trail. Additional parking is available off of Harvard Avenue and San Juan.
