Together with the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, OC Hunger Alliance, and South County Outreach, the City is calling on the community to come together in support of neighbors facing food insecurity.

Donations of nonperishable food items can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Irvine Civic Center, 1 Civic Center Plaza. Most needed donation items include:

  • Cereal
  • Canned veggies
  • Rice (1–2 lbs. bag)
  • Canned pasta
  • Canned soups
  • Canned meats (tuna, chicken, etc.)

  • Mac and cheese
  • Peanut butter (12 oz. or 16 oz.)
