The City of Irvine and the Fair Housing Foundation will host a free Fair Housing Workshop Thursday, November 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Irvine City Hall.
The Fair Housing Foundation will share information including:
- New statewide laws
- Federal and state fair housing laws
- Housing discrimination
- Evictions process
- Rent increases
- Security deposits
- Habitability and repairs
The workshop is intended to provide an easy way for tenants, landlords, managers, property owners, attorneys, realtors, and management companies to learn about their rights and responsibilities.
