As part of the City’s sustainability efforts, the Sustainability Division will host a 90-minute Induction Cooking Workshop featuring award-winning local chef Katie Chin. She will demonstrate ethnically diverse dishes on an all-electric induction cooktop and share the benefits of switching from gas to electric cooking.
