  • The Building and Safety Division will be closed, but is always available online via IrvineREADY!.  At IrvineREADY.com, customers can upload permit applications and plan check documents, check application status, and access self-service permits 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Email IrvinePermits@cityofirvine.org.   • The Planning Division: closed
• Community Centers: closed
• Aquatics facilities will be closed for programming. The sites are open for rentals. 
• The Child Resource Center: closed
• The Irvine Animal Care Center: closed
• The Irvine Fine Arts Center: closed
• Great Park general park areas and Visitors Centers are open; all other amenities including Great Park Balloon and Carousel will be closed. ​
