The City is introducing a new street sweeping schedule for several Irvine villages beginning January 1. These changes will help streamline operations and ensure Irvine's roads are well-kept throughout the year.

In 2026, residential streets will be swept Tuesday through Friday, twice a month, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. To find the street sweeping schedule for your neighborhood:

• Visit the City's interactive map at cityofirvine.org/streetsweeping.
• Select the zone where you live or enter your address in the search bar on the top right side of the page.

A pop-up window will display the street sweeping schedule for your address.

Street sweeping removes debris and pollutants before they wash into storm drains that lead to the ocean. It also helps prevent debris from blocking storm drains.

To allow crews to sweep the street effectively, please remove all vehicles from the road by 7 a.m. on the designated sweeping day. Your cooperation is invaluable in maintaining the cleanliness of our community.
