October 7 is California Clean Air Day built on the idea that shared experiences unite people to action to improve our community health. By joining together for a unified day of action we can create new habits to clear the air for all members of California’s diverse communities.

When you take the Clean Air Pledge as an individual you to commit to do our part to clear the air, through actions big and small.

Be a part of a community of pledgers that included more than 650,000 Californians in 2019. Take the pledge to choose from a menu of items that make a big difference. Choose from each of our three main categories (Switching Things Out, Planting Something, and Reducing Vehicle) to triple your impact! You can plant a tree, for example, or try out public transit or biking for the day.

Take Clean Air Pledge, forward your confirmation email to environmentalprograms@cityofirvine.org to receive your prize an reusable cotton mask, while supplies last.
Prizes will be mailed to participants, campaign runs till October 8.
