The City of Irvine is bringing the fun to two wheels (or four) with a pop-up pump track at Great Park, open daily from June 2 through June 15.
Located along the Great Park Promenade near the carousel, this temporary track is designed for riders of all ages and skill levels, featuring smooth rollers and banked turns perfect for bikes, scooters, roller skates, and skateboards. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider, the pump track offers a safe, exciting space to build skills, boost confidence, and enjoy some active outdoor fun.
The track is open daily until dusk, providing families, friends, and thrill-seekers with ample time to ride, play, and connect.
To celebrate, the City will host a Temporary Pump Track Celebration on Saturday, June 7, from noon to 4 p.m. This free, family-friendly event will feature hands-on activities, live music, community booths, and more.
Event Highlights:
- Live music by Head Wide Open from 12:30–1:30 p.m.
- Interactive booths with crafts, games, and face painting
- Ramp demos and info from SKATEDOGS
- Themed activities like Pump Track Painting, the Goldfish Game, scratch art visors, and more
- Food available for purchase at The Layover
