The City of Irvine’s 45th Anniversary will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Irvine Civic Center. The special night will include the opening reception for the 45th Anniversary Photo Contest Exhibition followed by a showcase of films from five Irvine high schools, produced by student filmmakers.
The exhibition, which will continue through Jan. 6, features winners and finalists from the photo contest, as well as winners of the City’s 45th Anniversary Employee Photo Contest and the Irvine Animal Care Center’s Make Your Pet a Star Calendar Contest.
The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public. Dessert will be served.
