The next Irvine City Council meeting is scheduled for Dec. 11. When adopting the meeting calendar for 2017, the City Council rescheduled the Dec. 12 meeting for Monday, Dec. 11.
Hanukkah, a Jewish holiday, begins on Dec. 12.
Irvine City Council meetings are open to the public with the exception of closed session meetings (when legal and personnel matters are discussed). Regular sessions begin at 4 p.m. with a possible recess prior to 5 p.m., to discuss matters under closed session.
City Council meetings are held at Irvine City Hall, located at 1 Civic Center Plaza. The meetings are cable cast live on ICTV, cable channel 30 and Uverse channel 99.
