Discover a Tapestry of Cultures at the 24th Annual Irvine Global Village Festival

The Irvine Global Village Festival returns to the Great Park Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This vibrant celebration of cultures offers a variety of interactive, family-friendly experiences for the community.

Festival highlights include the Textiles & Traditions exhibit, offering a look at the stories woven into cultural heritage, and the fashion show featuring traditional and contemporary styles from around the globe.

Attendees can enjoy live performances; the Global Marketplace filled with unique handcrafted treasures from local Irvine artisan vendors and junior entrepreneurs; and family-friendly activities including crafts, a bubble zone, a chance to create your own bookmark with the Irvine Public Library, and an around-the-world obstacle course featuring global games.

Visitors can also savor mouthwatering cuisine from around the world with the $5 sampling menu and experience a vibrant celebration of community, creativity, and connection.

"The City of Irvine is recognized as one of the most ethnically diverse and thoroughly integrated cities in the country,” said Mayor Larry Agran. “This annual festival is a cherished tradition that celebrates our diversity while offering an opportunity to learn more about different cultures, traditions, and perspectives. It promotes a spirit of unity and a recognition of how these distinct cultures form the stunning vibrancy of our City.”

This year’s event would not be possible without the generous support of festival sponsors, including:

  • Presenting Sponsors UC Irvine and UCI Health
  • Stage Sponsor Troutman Amin, LLP
  • Cultural Area Sponsor Concordia University Irvine
