City of Irvine Community Services is responsible for the development, renovation and refurbishment of all public parks. It oversees the implementation of the City's adopted Parks Master Plan, which serves as a comprehensive plan for the development and maintenance of the parks and recreation amenities system-wide. The Community Services Park Planning Division is also responsible for park design and review standards that apply to all public and private parks within the City.
