Complete Required Camp Paperwork

1. Set up or access your account at yourirvine.org.
2. Make sure each child participating is added to your account.
3. Fill out a Participant Permission & Medical Form for all children participating.
   • Parents will need to complete this form for all children ages 18 and younger. One form per child is good for the entire calendar year. 
4. Please note, additional paperwork may be requested by staff for campers with special medical needs.
