The Irvine Business Complex (IBC) area of the City has experienced a substantial shift in land use from traditional commercial and industrial uses to a higher rate of residential and mixed-uses. This places an additional need for connections for people to use, including walking and biking options. IBC Connects is working to provide and promote these additional connections. Additional information on the IBC area, including the environmental documents can be found at the Irvine Business Complex web page.
