Join Irvine Ranch Water District for the annual Watershed Cleanup Day Saturday, September 17, from 9 -11 a.m., and be a part of this year’s statewide tally for California Coastal Cleanup Day. Volunteers are needed to clear trash from San Diego Creek before it reaches the ocean. Gloves, bags, and a free T-shirt will be provided while supplies last. Community service credit is also available. Remember to wear comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
All participants must submit a signed waiver, including supervising parents or guardians. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
