As a resident of Irvine residing in a Great Park community, you already know of the many benefits of living adjacent to one of the largest municipal parks in the country that offers a variety of unique cultural and recreational opportunities.
Did you know that residents of these Great Park Neighborhoods — Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Luna Park, Novel Park, Parasol Park, Pavilion Park, Rise Park, and Solis Park — as well as residents of Altair, receive priority access and discounts from the City of Irvine and select businesses at Great Park amenities and facilities? Residents of these neighborhoods receive these special discounts because they contribute to the Community Facilities District (CFD). Discounted Skate Sessions and Events at Great Park Ice
The City of Irvine and Great Park Ice offers residents exclusive opportunities to enjoy their neighborhood ice rink. Discounted skate sessions and quarterly private ice skating opportunities are only available for residents residing in Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Novel Park, Parasol Park, Pavilion Park, Rise Park, Solis Park, and Altair.
The next free neighborhood skate session will be held Sunday, September 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. This offer is available for up to four passes per household and will be available for up to 200 residents. No additional groups/parties will be sold for this session. This skate session is held during a public skate session. Please use this link for the offer.
Priority Tennis Court Access
The Great Park Sports Complex has designated one tennis court as a priority access court for residents in the Great Park neighborhoods listed above.
The priority access court will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in with staff at the tennis complex prior to use. All courts are available
daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
How to Access the Court:
1. Sign up for a yourirvine.org account using your home address.
2. The next time you check into the Tennis Center, let staff know you are a resident of one of the above-listed neighborhoods near the Great Park.
3. Staff will verify you by name, and cross-check the address in the City's system.

Wild Rivers Discounted Tickets
Soak up summer at a discounted rate at Wild Rivers! City of Irvine and Great Park Neighborhood residents can take advantage of exclusive ticket prices at Wild Rivers Water Park.
You can purchase any day tickets for the 2025 season for only $40 — that is 50% off the regular admission price. Purchase tickets online through May 23 for this exclusive discount.
To claim the special rate, use the dedicated online website and enter the password "SUNFUN25." Please note that these discounted tickets are not available through the general Wild Rivers website.
No Kids Day at Wild Rivers Offers Adults-Only Fun
Wild Rivers Waterpark will host a special No Kids Day on Saturday, October 4, from noon to 6 p.m. The event is open exclusively to guests ages 21 and older, providing adults the chance to enjoy the park’s attractions in a kid-free setting. Valid ID is required at entry.
Irvine and Great Park residents can take advantage of a special presale offer of $20 off per ticket when purchased online by September 19 using the code NOKIDS25. Tickets are valid only for October 4 and must be purchased through the official link at wildrivers.com. This offer is not available in the general store.
The last two adult-only days at Wild Rivers sold out, and organizers encourage residents to secure tickets early.
No Kids Day promises a relaxed atmosphere with all the excitement Wild Rivers has to offer — the perfect way for adults to recharge and experience the park in a new way.
