The following list contains the recipients of the Irvine Recovery Plan Grants Program and a brief description of the programs that are being funded by the grant.
Round One Recipients
- Community Action Partnership of Orange County: Outreach/assessment and case management for Irvine residents at or below 200% of the poverty level.
- Human Options: Assistance for Irvine residents that are victims of domestic violence.
- Irvine Adult Day Health Services: Information and referral services for seniors in Irvine.
- Irvine Children’s Fund: Childcare scholarships to working families in the extremely low to moderate income brackets in any Irvine childcare project (ICCP) program.
- Mental Health Association of Orange County: Direct financial assistance and support services for veterans in Irvine.
- MOMS Orange County: Assistance for pregnant women, new families, and babies in Irvine.
- NAACP Orange County: Outreach/assessment for out of school or disconnected youth.
- Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance: Rental assistance, supportive services, and homelessness prevention services for Irvine residents.
- Public Law Center: In-person and virtual clinics for low-income residents.
- StandUp for Kids: Mentoring and assistance for homeless youth in Irvine.
- Team Kids: Youth development services and in-school service challenges to mobilize youth in Irvine.
- Working Wardrobes for a New Start: Direct financial assistance and workforce training for unemployed and underemployed individuals.
- CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation: Business consulting, training, and online courses for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Orange County: Technical assistance, business trainings, referrals, and resources navigation to small businesses.
- SCORE Orange County: Mentoring sessions for small businesses.
- COR Community Development Corporation: Direct financial assistance, workshops, and mentoring for small businesses.
- Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation: Direct financial assistance to eligible small businesses. Grants of up to $2,000.
- Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce: Business support services to Irvine small business owners.
- Asian Business Association of Orange County: Technical assistance and resource navigation for small businesses.
- Ektaa Center: Capacity building - adding one staff member for senior services.
- Orange County Justice Fund: Outreach/assessment and legal aid for eligible Irvine residents.
- People for Irvine Community Health DBA 2-1-1 Orange County: Provide client assessment and connectivity to help, provide real‐time data analysis for the City of Irvine.
- Families Forward: Eviction prevention and rental assistance services for children and adults in Irvine.
- Orange County United Way: Irvine eviction diversion program - includes rental assistance and legal support for those facing eviction.
- South County Outreach: Homelessness prevention services - including rental and utility assistance and childcare assistance.
- Charitable Ventures: Provide grants to small childcare businesses in the City of Irvine.

- Filipino Influential Leaders and Mentors: Resource and information program for small businesses.
- Small Business Diversity Network: Support for underserved small businesses.
- Korean American Chamber of Commerce Orange County: Support for minority owned businesses in the City of Irvine.
- Orange County Asperger’s Support Group: Support English and Spanish speaking adults and teens with autism.
- Oak Health Foundation: Provide services to individuals who are at risk of or showing early signs of behavioral health conditions.
- Code the Spectrum: Job training services for adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- Irvine Korean Adult League: Adult care center that supports economically and physically challenged adults.
- Irvine Evergreen Chinese Senior Association: Serve immigrant members in need of language assistance.
