The City of Irvine is resuming its One Irvine homes revitalization program February 1, 2024. Since 2019, One Irvine has focused resources in Irvine's older neighborhoods, aiming to involve residents in community-led reinvestment and revitalization efforts.

Owners of qualifying single-family homes and condominiums constructed in or before 1975 can now access additional funds through One Irvine’s home improvement loan program. The loans can be used for projects related to critical repairs or sustainability – including solar panels.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting Thursday, February 1, at 10 a.m. They must be submitted online, and funding is limited.
