Explore What’s Next in Contemporary Art at the 41st "Irvine Annual"

The City of Irvine invites the community to the opening reception of Irvine Annual Saturday, July 12, at the Irvine Fine Arts Center. The free reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., offering guests a first look at the 2025 juried exhibition featuring innovative works by regional and national artists.

Formerly All Media, Irvine Annual continues a four-decade tradition of showcasing the breadth and vitality of contemporary visual art. This year’s exhibition brings together a diverse range of mediums — including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, fiber, and more. Visitors can explore Irvine Annual July 12–August 30 at the Irvine Fine Arts Center.

Guests are also invited to attend the Irvine Annual: Professional Practices Panel Saturday, August 2, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Irvine Fine Arts Center. This panel will provide valuable insight and practical guidance for emerging artists seeking to build sustainable, recognized careers in the art industry.

The exhibition is juried by Elizabeth Munzón, artist and owner of Munzón Gallery in Long Beach, California; Stephanie Sherwood, artist and curator; and Dakota Noot, artist and curator and acting director of the Frank M. Doyle Arts Pavillion at Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday. The opening reception, exhibitions, and parking are free.
