
Join the Irvine Police Department for community engagement and fun at an Open House Saturday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Irvine Civic Center.
Meet Irvine Police Officers and professional staff and celebrate 50 years of service to the community. Experience exciting K-9 and motorcycle demonstrations, and get an up-close look at police vehicles. There will be plenty of photo opportunities and activities for everyone to enjoy. Plus, you'll leave with a better understanding of the department, some cool goodies, and memorable photos! The first 200 guests will receive a mystery gift.
Food trucks will be available for lunch and snacks.
Parking is available at Colonel Bill Barber Memorial Park, 4 Civic Center Plaza; Creekside High School, 3387 Barranca Parkway; and Free Chapel, 2777 McGaw Ave. Free shuttle service will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
