The Irvine Cares Family Housing Assistance Program (FHAP) is a pilot program that assists eligible families with securing and maintaining safe and stable housing through targeted tenancy and sustainability services. McKinney-Vento defined families that currently have students enrolled in the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) are eligible to apply.
 
Eligible families must have a McKinney-Vento form on file with IUSD.  If you have questions regarding your McKinney-Vento status or enrollment, please contact IUSD directly. The City is currently accepting applications for the Family Housing Assistance Program and will verify eligibility with the school district upon receiving a completed program application.
