The City of Irvine is working to improve safety and accessibility along the Venta Spur Trail and is seeking community input. Residents are invited to help shape the Venta Spur Trail Crossings

The Venta Spur Trail Crossings Improvements Project will review street crossings along the trail that do not have a traffic signal. The goal of the project is to identify opportunities to improve safety and accessibility for all users.

Your feedback matters! Join us at our Community Meeting Wednesday, March 25, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Northwood Community Center to learn more about the improvements and connect with the project team. Stay up to date on the project.

The Irvine Police Department will host an Open House Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held in the piazza and parking lot of the Irvine Civic Center, located at 1 Civic Center Plaza.

See police and fire vehicles along with skill demonstrations from K-9, drone, and motorcycle officers. There will be opportunities to take photos, play games, get a face painting, and receive special giveaways while supplies last. Food will be available for purchase.
