Recognizing the need to foster goodwill and understanding between Irvine’s residents and the people of other nations, the City established this international program to engage Irvine’s diverse community. The City strives to involve a full spectrum of Irvine residents who can gain from and contribute to the Sister Cities Program.

Please note: The City of Irvine has launched a new class registration website for the community to use when signing up for City programs and activities called Your Irvine. All City classes and activities are now at yourirvine.org

The High School Youth Action Team provides high school age youth the opportunity to participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of services for their peers. The program consists of student representatives from all Irvine high schools and local private schools. YAT members organize teen activities and represent their peers to various community groups.
