Regan Young was born in the Philippines, and spent most of his childhood days there. His first two years of high school were spent at Wagner High School on Clark Air Force Base as his Dad, being a US Air Force Serviceman himself, was stationed there during the late 80s. He finished high school and graduated with honors at Cerritos High School when the family moved back to CA in the early 90s.
