In partnership with Waste Management, the City of Irvine is hosting a free paper shredding event on Saturday, January 25 from 9-11 a.m. at the Lakeview Senior Center. Irvine residents and employees can safely and securely dispose of up to five banker-size file boxes (dimensions 24 inches x 12 inches) at a mobile shredding unit on-site. All documents and boxes should be free of binders, paper clips, plastic sleeves and metal butterfly-clips. Please note the event will end when truck capacity has reached its limit.
