A special community meeting at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 2, will provide an update on the nation’s largest parkland project of 688 acres including the 194-acre Sports Park; the state’s largest Community Ice Facility; and ask those who attend to provide input about still-to-be-built segments of the Orange County Great Park.

Lakeview Senior Center, 20 Lake Road, Irvine

$16 for individuals living or working in Irvine; $21 for nonresidents. Light lunch provided.

This one-day professional development conference offers four one-hour workshop sessions for individuals working with children ages 5-12 years old.

Items may be dropped during the Center's operating hours.
