No. Parking citations are not criminal offenses in the State of California, so you will not be arrested for not paying your parking citation. However, a late fee will be added and a hold may be placed on your vehicle registration at DMV. If a hold is placed on your vehicle's registration, you will be unable to register your vehicle until all of your outstanding parking citations have been paid in full. In addition, your delinquent unpaid parking citations may be referred to an outside collection agency for collection proceedings against you, which may also affect your credit rating.

In coordination with the Neighborhood Traffic Section, the City of Irvine Traffic Safety Program inspects, installs, repairs, and maintains marked crosswalks, traffic control signs, pavement messages, curb markings, street name signs, and roadway striping. The program repaints all school pavement legends and inspects school regulatory and warning signs on an annual basis.

The Sunday, July 19 summer concert, Symphony in the Cities, performed by the Pacific Symphony, has been moved to Segerstrom Hall next to South Coast Plaza. Heavy rain on Saturday closed the opportunity at Mike Ward Community Park-Woodbridge. The new location’s concert is free, non-ticketed, no need to RSVP. Rob Brown's work si based on experimental printing processes and his interest in cognitive science, while Melissa Manfull's vibrant and mystical compositions are influenced by science fiction, architecture and game design. Structure Synthesis showcases the artists' unique approach to generating imagery and calls for a shift in the way we respond to visual stimuli.
