Honoring the City's longtime community photographer, our next Art at City Hall exhibition — David Kawashima: Capturing Community — will feature the storytelling images of David Kawashima.
Irvine Police Department Traffic Bureau personnel will be in the parking lot of Bill Barber Park, just north of the Irvine Police Department, from 8 to 11 a.m.
