The City of Irvine is currently developing a master plan for Heritage Community Park, and invites the community to share input at a free “pop up” community event on Saturday, March 2. Community members can stop by the park any time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to provide input during this free-form event.

Heritage Community Park Improvements Master Plan

Project Background

Heritage Community Park is centrally located in Irvine’s El Camino Real neighborhood. It is bordered by Irvine High School, Interstate 5, Yale Avenue, and Walnut Avenue. The William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center is located to the west of the park on Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) property. Given the District’s mutual interests and adjacencies, joint use agreements exist for shared use of recreation amenities. (Click on the image below for a high-resolution view).

Public Facility Applications

Applicants looking to reserve public City facilities are now able to submit reservation requests online. City staff will review your request, check room availability, and respond within 3 business days during regular hours. City of Irvine Facility Reservation offices are open 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursdays, and 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on Fridays. For questions, contact 949-724-6620 or reservations@cityofirvine.org.
