Individuals, groups, or teams may submit an online Facility Reservation Application July 1 at 8 a.m. for an opportunity to reserve athletic fields on an ongoing basis. Field rental opportunities will begin the weekend after Labor Day. Application requests are compiled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Athletic Reservation staff will contact applicants to discuss field reservation opportunities. Applications do not guarantee a field reservation.
Please have the following information ready when you contact Field Reservations:
- Date and time you are looking to rent
- Type of activity you are using the field for (softball, party, etc.)
- Preference on field or facility (if you have no preference we will find a field for you, if available.) Click here for facility list.
