The City invites the community to the Portola Springs Sentinel Ribbon Cutting ceremony Thursday, September 14, 3:30–4:15 p.m. at Portola Springs Community Park. The event includes a cultural activity that honors the indigenous people of the ‘U∫rónvanga area with a formal dedication to follow.
Planning Commissioner and former Irvine City Councilmember Mary Ann Gaido passed away Wednesday, September 6. We are grateful for the vision, dedication, and leadership Mary Ann provided throughout more than four decades of public service to the City and its residents.
In an effort to address the growing blood supply crisis in Orange County, the City of Irvine and UCI Health are partnering together to host a blood drive event Tuesday, September 19, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., at Lakeview Senior Center in Irvine.
