Power outage still impacting Irvine; residents asked to conserve energy 08/03/2019
A power outage caused by an electrical fire at a power substation at Jamboree and Michelson on Friday evening continues to impact Irvine residents. Southern California Edison reports just under 12,000 customers are still without power.
