Director Decisions

All director-level decisions are provided below with a web link to the project documents. Please direct any questions on the projects listed below to Planning Division staff identified in the decision letter or call 949-724-6308.

Any decisions made by the Director of Community Development, or the Director of Community and Library Services, may be appealed by the applicant or any person who owns property or resides within 500 feet of the property line of the project. The appeal must be filed within five calendar days of the date on which the decision has been rendered per Chapter 2-5 of the Irvine Zoning Ordinance. The appeal form may be found here.
